Second Call for Company Shareholders to Submit Their Share Documents for Dematerialization.

The Board of Directors of POSTDATA Joint Stock Company, seated in Bydgoszcz, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) pursuant to Art. 16 of the Law of August 30, 2019 on amending of the Law – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other laws (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) calls on all shareholders of the Company to submit their share documents for dematerialization. Submission of share documents will be made against a written receipt issued to the shareholder. Share documents should be submitted to the Company’s headquarters in Bydgoszcz, at ul. Fabryczna 1A, 85-714 Bydgoszcz, on working days (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. This call is the second call.

In addition, we inform that:

– the validity of the share documents issued by the Company expires by operation of law on March 01, 2021. As of the same date, entries in the shareholder register become effective. As of that date, only an entity that is listed in the shareholder register will be considered a shareholder.

– After March 01, 2021. The share document retains evidentiary value only to the extent that the Shareholder demonstrates to the Company that he or she is entitled to shareholding rights, for a period of five years, i.e. until March 01, 2026.
